It’s been a slow spring and I’ve been honoring the season in the truest sense: themes of rebirth, renewal, regrowth ring truer than ever and I feel honored to be going through internal seasons that mimic all the change happening externally as well.

I went to the newly opened Frick Collection and it was such a delight!!! After a 5-year, $220 million renovation, Henry Frick’s Gilded Age mansion housing over 1,800 works of art from the Renaissance to the early twentieth century is open to the public. There are very few museums in the world that feel as transportive yet contained as this one. It’s a treasure trove without the dizzying overwhelming power that other museums might have because it’s really just that—a mansion!
